The Branch Head is responsible for the overall Profit & Loss (P&L;) management of the branch, ensuring sustainable business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The role encompasses sales, operations, finance, HR, and administration to achieve revenue, profitability, and service quality targets while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Role & responsibilities

1. Profit & Loss Management

- Own and manage the complete P&L; of the branch.
- Achieve annual revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and profitability targets.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Control operational costs without compromising service quality.
- Improve branch profitability through productivity and efficiency initiatives.
- Review financial performance regularly and implement corrective actions.

2. Business Development

- Drive current customer acquisition across corporate, industrial, residential, logistics, retail, healthcare,



educational institutions, and government sectors.
- Develop business from existing clients through cross-selling and upselling.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead tender participation, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Operations Management

- Ensure seamless deployment and management of security personnel.
- Maintain service delivery as per contractual obligations and company standards.
- Monitor guard strength, attendance, deployment efficiency, and replacements.
- Conduct regular client visits and operational reviews.
- Ensure regular trainings at each site and share the training reports with clients
- Ensure high service quality and quick resolution of operational issues.
