Field Expert Digital Payments

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (MBA/Post Graduation preferred)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Field Expert with strong expertise in the Indian Digital Payments ecosystem to support business growth through market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market strategy. The role involves working closely with banks, fintechs, payment networks, regulators, and internal teams to identify opportunities and position payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor trends across Cards, UPI, Digital Wallets, and Payment Technologies.
- Analyze market, competition, and regulatory developments.
- Conduct market assessments, segmentation, use-case analysis, and TAM studies.
- Support GTM strategy and product localization for the Indian market.
- Build relationships with banks, fintechs, payment schemes, regulators,



and industry bodies.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings and industry forums.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 10-15 years of experience in Digital Payments, Banking, FinTech, or Payment Solutions.
- Robust knowledge of Card Payments, UPI, Payment Processing, RBI regulations, and the Indian payments ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel across India.
