Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, catch-up plans, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress against planned milestones and identify schedule risks and delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and MIS reports.
- Conduct delay analysis, critical path analysis, and productivity tracking.
- Monitor resource allocation and support project teams in optimizing manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master project schedule.
- Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and cash flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual requirements, and quality standards.

Desired Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.




- 12 -15 years of experience in planning and project controls for high-rise residential building projects.
- Robust experience working on projects in Mumbai or the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, project sequencing, and contract management.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with developers or reputed EPC/construction companies executing residential towers of 40+ storey.
- Exposure to project reporting, earned value management (EVM), delay analysis, and project control systems.
- Familiarity with BIM-based planning and digital project management tools is an added advantage.
