Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead software product delivery and implementation engagements for large enterprise customers. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, and team leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage software product delivery and implementation projects for complex enterprise accounts.
- Ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address delivery challenges and manage dependencies.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, delays, and cost overruns.
- Ensure Go-Live processes and delivery governance standards are followed.
- Track project progress using Agile methodologies and project management tools.




- Lead and mentor teams of Software Engineers and Business Analysts.
- Manage resource allocation and project capacity planning.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1215 years of experience in software product delivery and implementation within an IT product organization.
- Solid experience in Product Implementation and System Integration projects.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product management processes.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing complex customer engagements and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
- Experience delivering projects within the Payments, FinTech, or Banking domain.
