We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Recruiter to manage bulk hiring of Delivery Executives for logistics operations. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Hire delivery executives/riders for logistics operations.
Source candidates through field recruitment, job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment camps in targeted locations.
Screen candidates and verify eligibility and required documents.
Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities.
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
Follow up with candidates until they join.
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Eligibility
Graduate
13 years of experience in recruitment or field hiring.
Experienced with positive communication skills can also apply.
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work under hiring targets.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in hiring delivery executives for companies such as BigBasket, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, or logistics vendors.
Salary

6 days a week
