Work Location & Travel Requirements

- Primary assignment at the client site in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Willingness to travel and stay onsite in Riyadh for extended project phases.
- Ability to coordinate and lead offshore delivery teams based in India.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to support onsite and offshore collaboration.
- Availability for business travel during critical project milestones, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Lead onsite client engagement in Riyadh while coordinating offshore implementation teams in India.
- Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation and budgets.
- Drive governance meetings, Steering Committee meetings, project status reviews and executive reporting.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
- Coordinate Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers and Functional Consultants.
- Ensure successful implementation of Product, Raw Material and Packaging Material master domains.
- Coordinate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ETQ QMS, Product Management System (PMS) and Snowflake.




- Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery milestones and contractual commitments.
- Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations and vendor coordination.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover Planning, Go-Live, Hypercare and Warranty Support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 1015 years of IT project management experience with at least 5 years managing enterprise MDM or Data Management programs.
- Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Experience delivering Informatica IDMC or enterprise MDM implementations is preferred.
- Solid stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects in Manufacturing, FMCG or Supply Chain domains is preferred.
