Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Telecaller / Virtual RM with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting insurance products, supporting partners and customers, and contributing to business growth. The role involves acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for partners, ensuring seamless coordination, timely support, and strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products through telecalling and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agents, and prospective customers.
- Drive business growth by generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for partners, providing end-to-end support.
- Assist partners with operational and after-sales queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Present and explain product features and advantages effectively to customers and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, identify market trends, and share actionable insights with the team.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience (any industry).
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and achieve sales targets.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

*Please note that this role does not involve selling insurance products directly to customers. Instead, it focuses on calling and coordinating with the company's existing active and inactive agents, building relationships with them, and helping drive business through these channel partners.
