Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories and market segments.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's chemical products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, or raw materials.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
