- Review and analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for repair and rehabilitation projects.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors and compare commercial offers.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions within deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for tender-related clarifications.
- Conduct rate analysis and prepare project budgets.
- Evaluate project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain tender documentation, records, and bid history.
- Assist the project execution team with cost analysis and budget monitoring after project award.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
• Solid knowledge of tendering procedures and estimation techniques. • Experience in repair, rehabilitation, waterproofing, structural strengthening, or restoration projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office. • Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
