- Define and implement operational strategies for the High Purity Water segment.
- Oversee engineering, production, project management, and service functions.
- Drive operational KPIs: quality, cost, delivery, safety, and compliance.
- Align operations with business growth and revenue targets.
2. Project Execution & Delivery
- Ensure successful execution of:
- Purified Water (PW) systems
- Water for Injection (WFI) systems
- High Purity Water (HPW) systems
- Clean Steam generators & distribution loops
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct periodic project reviews and performance assessments.
- Ensure successful FAT, SAT, and handover processes.
- P&IDs; and GA drawings
- FDS / HDS / SDS documentation
- IQ/OQ/PQ validation documents
- Ensure documentation integrity and audit readiness.
4. Financial & Commercial Oversight
- Manage full P&L; responsibility for the High Purity segment.
- Control operational budgets and improve margins.
- Oversee procurement strategy vendor management.
- Optimize cost structures without compromising quality.
5. Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Strengthen QMS implementation across projects.
- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Implement Lean / Six Sigma initiatives for operational efficiency.
- Ensure zero major audit observations.
6. Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, QA, Projects, Service).
- Build strong second-line leadership.
- Drive performance management and succession planning.
- Promote a culture of accountability and innovation.
7. Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain solid relationships with pharma and biotech clients.
- Support sales during techno-commercial discussions.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Represent operations in management review meetings.
