Role & responsibilities -

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the State Board curriculum.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom workplace.
- Conduct activity-based and child-centric learning sessions.
- Assess students regularly through classwork, homework, projects, and periodic assessments.
- Maintain attendance registers, academic records, and assessment reports.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and digital learning materials.
- Guide students in co-curricular activities, competitions, and school events.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress and overall development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a stress-free learning environment.
- Perform academic and school-related duties assigned by the Principal.

Qualification & experience -

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

OR

Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

OR

- Senior Secondary (or equivalent)



with a Diploma in Education (Special Education)

OR

- Graduation with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE recognized institution.

Mandatory Skills-

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written); Marathi proficiency preferred.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office, email, and online teaching tools.
- Ability to use smartboards, educational applications, and digital teaching resources.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Creative, student-centric, activity-based teaching approach.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to maintain academic records and communicate effectively with parents.

Salary & Benefits-
