Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility
- Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
- Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
- Oversee planning and execution of NPI projects across multiple geographies.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions on critical matters.
- Manage large cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery within cost and quality targets.
- Provide accurate project costing and financial oversight during quotation and justification phases.
- Conduct stage reviews and present progress to leadership.
- Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives. Core Skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience in supply chain or product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems. Soft Skills
