GAME DESIGNER

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Strong knowledge of hyper-casual game market, audience and free-to-play business model, Great analytical and logical skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, experience with Unity engine is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Build unique gameplay experience.

- Conceptualize games and build entire games architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Evaluate prototypes and their performance.

- Modify game designed based on technical as well as production constraints.

- Create and maintain GDD to guide cross functional teams.

- Puts appropriate sketches/references for design/UI team.

- Build solid monetization strategies.

- Participate in finding solutions to fix buggy features.
