Position: Customer Support Executive

Experience Required: 1- 4 year

Working days - 6 Days

Roles and Responsibility-

- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
- Conduct indirect sales and feedback calls to drive engagement and conversions
- Assist domestic and international clients, ensuring smooth query resolution
- Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently through calls and chats
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions
- Focus on lead conversion and achieving assigned targets
- Record and update customer interactions in our internal system
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Coordinate and manage third-party logistics partners for international shipments.
- Stay updated on company offerings to provide accurate information

Skills and Qualifications

- 1- 4year of experience in a Customer support/BDE/Sale role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle domestic and international clients professionally.
- Solid problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability.




- Proactive approach to customer queries and issue resolution.
- Ability to manage customer queries effectively through both chat and calls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Preferred: Experience in logistics, international shipping, or third-party logistics coordination.
