About the Role

Looking for a Full-Stack Developer (backend-heavy) to join our core product engineering team. You will work on building high-impact systems powering our real-time fuel station management platform, fleet apps, and consumer experiences. This is not a role for passive codersyou’ll be expected to own features end-to-end, work across the stack (Node.js, React.js/Next.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and bring both architectural thinking and product intuition to the table.

Responsibilities

- Backend Engineering

Design, build, and maintain clean, performant, and secure services using Node.js/Express.

Architect APIs for real-time, data-intensive workflows.

Optimize queries and services for high throughput and low latency using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and caching layers.

- Frontend Development

Build modern, data-aware UI using React.js and Next.js in keeping with or exceeding the company design language.

Collaborate with designers to deliver responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.





Implement efficient state-management and performance-optimized rendering.

- Systems & Architecture

Contribute to architecture decisions around scalability, fault-tolerance, and maintainability.

Write testable, secure, and modular code across the stack.

Optimize backend and frontend systems for sub-millisecond performance.

- Collaboration

Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate requirements into high-quality features.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring.

Key Requirements

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).

- Deep backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs.

- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks: React.js and Next.js.

- Understanding of system design principles, scalability, and distributed systems.

- Strong grounding in performance optimization and code quality.

- Valuable design sense—for both UI/UX and system architecture.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to mobile development (Flutter/React Native).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure).

- Interest in product design and cross-functional collaboration.

- Previous experience in B2B SaaS or real-time data systems.
