About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive with 23 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and support the finance team in reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and process payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings and compliance
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets; flag discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts on a regular basis
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, statements, and documentation
- Maintain financial records in Tally/ERP/accounting software
- Assist management with MIS reports and financial data analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com)




- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting/finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good understanding of bank reconciliation and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Tally Prime
- Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
