Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations between Workday HCM and external systems such as Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.
- Build and maintain integrations using Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Cloud Connect solutions.
- Develop integrations utilizing Workday Web Services (WWS), SOAP, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Perform data migration and mass data loads using EIB and Workday integration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Support Workday implementation projects, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain technical design documents,



integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Monitor integration performance and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Workday Studio.
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Expertise in Workday Integrations, including:
- Core Connector Worker
- Core Connector Perks
- PECI
- Workday Web Services (WWS)
- RaaS (Report as a Service)

- Experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM business processes and security concepts.
- Experience with data transformation and file integrations (CSV, XML, JSON).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Cloud Connect integrations.
- Knowledge of Workday Payroll, Perks, Compensation, and Talent modules.
- Familiarity with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
- Workday Integration Certification is a plus.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
