Position: Client Service Representative (Voice Process)

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate Can Apply.
- Minimum 1 year of International Customer Care (ICC) experience
- Maximum Experience: 6 Years
- Maximum Age: 32 Years
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent verbal and written English communication

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer and advisor queries related to accounts, services, and transactions.
- Process service requests accurately within defined timelines.
- Educate customers on products, policies, and self-service options.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.




- Successfully complete the required licensing certifications during onboarding and training.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Up to 63,000 In-Hand
- 6,000 Night Shift Allowance
- 36,000 Annual Performance Bonus

- 5 Days Working Hybrid
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Both-Side Cab Facility

Shift Timings:

- Shift Window: 6:30 PM 4:30 AM

- Ability to explain complex information in a simple and professional manner.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and rotational shifts.
- Willingness to complete mandatory licensing certifications as part of the role.
