Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for a Product Operations & Implementation Lead to own techno-functional implementation and business-system rollout across our travel technology stack. This is an individual contributor role and not a pure software development role.

Key responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end coordination of booking engine / product implementation with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear functional workflows, system requirements, and implementation checkpoints
- Drive UAT, issue tracking, bug follow-up, and change request management
- Validate booking flow, payment flow, wallet/ledger logic, markup logic, reports, user roles, and admin-panel behavior
- Create SOPs, process documents, issue logs, and rollout documentation
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, CRM, and vendor teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
- Review and improve B2B, B2C, Admin, CMS, pricing, and reporting workflows
- Support implementation readiness, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization
- Ensure system setup aligns with business process, commercial rules,



and operational controls

Preferred candidate profile:

- 5-9 years of relevant experience in techno-functional implementation, product operations, business systems, CRM/process implementation, or platform rollout roles
- Robust experience in requirement gathering, UAT, process mapping, vendor management, and system implementation
- Comfortable working across admin panels, workflows, reports, user access, issue resolution, and business documentation
- Able to bridge business and technology teams effectively
- Experience in travel technology, booking engines, B2B/B2C platforms, CRM, or OTA/DMC environments preferred
- Exposure to reporting, change requests, SOP creation, and rollout management is important
- Candidate should be process-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independently driving implementation follow-ups
- Travel domain experience preferred, though strong techno-functional implementation candidates from adjacent industries may also fit
