Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python (production-grade development)
- Experience in building and deploying Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
- Solid knowledge of RAG architecture and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar)
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Advanced SQL (complex queries, performance optimization)
- Experience developing APIs (FastAPI/Flask)
- Working knowledge of OpenShift (OCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Good to Have

- Experience with model fine-tuning
- Exposure to cloud AI services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
