We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and build scalable systems for a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across contact center Operations
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud strategy, and cybersecurity
- Implement and manage CRM, dialer, IVR, and omnichannel platforms
- Drive automation, AI integration, and data-driven decision-making
- Build and lead high-performing technology teams
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong experience in BPO / Contact Center technology
- Expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IT infrastructure
- Hands-on with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot)
- Experience with dialers (Avaya/Genesys/Vicidial) and IVR systems
- Proven leadership in large-scale technology environments
- Solid strategic and problem-solving mindset
