- Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 18-30 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in the GCC region.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
