Are you an experienced Pre-Sales professional with expertise in Finance & Accounting, BPM, and solution consulting? We are looking for an AVP – Presales, Finance & Accounting to drive strategic pre-sales initiatives by developing client-centric solutions, leading proposal management, and supporting enterprise sales opportunities. Responsibilities –

1. Collaborate with Business Development, Client Partners, Solutioning, and Delivery teams to develop customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and client solution documents.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client assessments to support opportunity qualification and solution development.
3. Coordinate and support client visits, discovery workshops, and stakeholder discussions across multiple locations.
4. Build and maintain reusable pre-sales assets including case studies, pricing models, solution frameworks, and proposal libraries.
5. Lead initial deal qualification activities by gathering business requirements, coordinating internal discussions, and supporting end-to-end solution creation.
6.



Work closely with the Marketing team to prepare responses for analyst research initiatives and industry RFIs.
7. Requirements –

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline; MBA or Insurance certifications (CPCU, AINS, etc.) will be an added advantage.
2. 12–15 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Solutioning, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain and business process management.
4. Excellent proposal writing, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio; exposure to tools like Miro or Canva will be an advantage.
6. Experience supporting digital transformation, technology-enabled services, or InsurTech solutions along with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
