Role & Responsibilities
- Handle calls with US customers.
- Understand basic computer issues and recommend the right technical support plans.
- Explain services, pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken English.
- Freshers or experienced candidates (International Voice/Sales preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and computer troubleshooting.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
