- RFQ study for understanding client requirement in brief.
- Discussion with client on mail or telephone communication with undersigned.
- Site visit for technical offer presentation and layout related meetings.
- Estimation and technical calculation work.
- Layout, Section drawings & PIDs preparation with designers.
- Discussion with vendors, technical specification preparation for standard quote request.
- Techno-commercial offer preparation and price negotiation related work.
- Co-ordination with CFTs like electrical/robotics/engineering/quality/project teams for feedback in case of current technology requirement in paint shop lines enquiry.
- After PO release support activities, project handover meetings, ERP status update, client support.
