We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead and manage Statutory Audit engagements for clients across diverse industries within our India Practice. The role requires strong technical expertise, client relationship management, team leadership, and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple statutory audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable auditing standards, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review financial statements and audit documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships,
acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Lead engagement teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify business development opportunities and support proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Coordinate with Partners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, auditing regulations, and industry trends.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to practice development initiatives.
