Key Responsibilities

Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
Counsel students and parents for GMAT, GRE, SAT, IELTS & Study Abroad programs
Conduct outbound calls and build a strong sales pipeline
Upsell and cross-sell relevant education services
Deliver exceptional customer experience and post-sales support
Ensure process compliance and timely reporting

Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Passion for sales, counseling,



and student engagement
Customer-focused with strong empathy and relationship-building abilities
Quick learner with a growth mindset
Prior experience in Inside Sales, Education Sales, Counseling, or EdTech preferred
