Role: Project Manager Commercial Fitouts

Qualification: BE/B. Tech/ Dip in Civil or Architecture

Exp: 9-14 Years

Location: Gurugram

Role Objective: Lead Project Construction Management in High End Commercial Project, Office Spaces, Retail Showroom and Fitouts. Be able to manage End to End Project Lifecycle from Concept, Design Coordination, Material Specs, Project Planning, Execution and Handover within Time, Quality, Cost Parameters

Brief Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning, Scheduling and Execution per scope of work in the projects of High End Luxury Commercial, Mall, IT Park or Office Space Projects.

2. Lead Project independently, develop individual project plans and complete with budgetary limits sent by Client.

3. Convey project objectives to team members involved & lead strategically Implementation Execution of Projects.

4. Prepare Tender & GFC drawings for Projects in Interior Design- Architecture and Fitouts per benchmarks and Group SOP.

5. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (Civil, MEP, HVAC, Internal and External Interior Developments)

6. Preparation of Pert charts and Project Schedule

7. Project Site Supervision and Project Management

8. Co-ordinating with various contractors/Vendors and Design Consultants

9. Interacting with Clients / Attending Clients/ Site meetings

Creation of 3D views on Sketchup and rendering the same

11. Certifying Bills submitted by various vendors and contractors

12. Interaction with Liasioning and Design Teams on preparation of Sanction Drawings

13. Independent Communication with Client(s), Vendors, Material Suppliers and External stake holders.

14. Be able to Lead the team, extract the best performance from the resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Academic and Professional Qualification: Dip or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Designers.

2. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

3. End to End Stakeholder and Clients Communications

4. Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, MSP Projects and Sketch up and rendering plugins.

5. Ensuring works are carried out as per drawings and BOQ

6. An Eye to Detail and should have expertise in Interiors and Fitouts finishing work

7. Define long-term organizational strategic goals and build key customer relationships.

8. Good in Reading GFC and Final Drawings, BOQ-BOM from Drawing

9. Exp in Finishing Material for Civil, MEP, Glazing, False Ceiling, Partitions, Wood Work and Interior- Exterior Developments.
