AFC India Ltd., a premier multidisciplinary development consulting organization, is looking for an experienced HR Consultant/Talent Acquisition Consultant for its DELHI and JAIPUR office to independently manage recruitment and HR operations for consulting, project, PMU, field, and corporate positions across India.

This role is ideal for HR professionals who have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Contract Drafting, HR Documentation, and Statutory Compliance.

Role & responsibilities

This role is ideal for HR professionals who have hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Contract Drafting, HR Documentation, and Statutory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for consultants, project staff, PMU experts, field professionals, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
- Screen, shortlist, interview, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.
- Draft Employment Contracts, Consultancy Agreements, Appointment Letters, Offer Letters, Joining Letters, NDAs, and other HR documents.
- Prepare joining forms and complete onboarding documentation.




- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain HR records.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, hiring MIS, and onboarding status.
- Possess knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance applicable to contractual employees.
- Handle HR documentation related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, contractual employment, and other statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with business teams to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- For Delhi office candidate from Delhi and for Jaipur office candidate from Jaipur is required. Only local candidates from Delhi and Jaipur is required.
- 4-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Experience in Development Consulting, Government Projects, PMU, Infrastructure, NGO, Consulting, or Project-Based Recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, appointment letters, joining documentation, onboarding, and HR compliance.
- Positive understanding of statutory deductions and contractual employment processes.
- Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
