Role & responsibilities
Tender Identification
- Monitor tender portals including , CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, State Government portals, Municipal Corporations, Jal Boards, Development Authorities and other government agencies.
- Identify suitable business opportunities aligned with the company's capabilities.
- Maintain a tender pipeline and bid calendar.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, GCC/SCC, eligibility criteria, and contractual conditions.
- Compile company credentials, project experience, financial documents, equipment details, and technical submissions.
- Prepare pre-bid queries and participate in pre-bid meetings where required.
- Manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees, affidavits, declarations, and statutory documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Solid knowledge of government tendering procedures.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and e-tendering portals.
