About the Role
Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, Brand Awareness). Build and optimize B2B lead generation funnels for clients across industries. Audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup. Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver high-performing ads. Monitor budgets, scale winning campaigns, and reduce cost inefficiencies. Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and clients. Requirements
- 3 4 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing medium to high ad budgets on LinkedIn.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
