Role Purpose

We are seeking a highenergy, resourceful Recruitment Specialist & HR Executive to drive talent acquisition for our fastgrowing operations in India, the UK, and international markets.

This role is ideal for someone who loves headhunting exceptional talent, thrives in a fastpaced environment, and enjoys being handson with onboarding, HR operations, and employee lifecycle support. You will be a key part of building our teams and strengthening our HR foundation as we scale up.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Lead endtoend hiring across India and international markets
- Directly source and headhunt top talent using modern tools, networks, and creative search strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft strong job descriptions
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently and professionally
- Manage recruitment reporting including pipelines, timetohire, and hiring performance
- Build a strong employer brand presence in the Indian market

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

- Support onboarding including contracts, induction,



documentation, and local compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HR systems are always up to date
- Assist with payroll coordination (outsourced)
- Support employee relations processes, including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policy and local employment legislation.
- Provide daytoday HR support to employees and managers
- Assist with employee relations administration (notes, scheduling, documentation)
- Contribute to HR projects as the business expands

Skills & Experience Required

- Experience in recruitment, headhunting, or HR generalist roles
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience coordinating payroll
- Proven ability to source and attract talent directly
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fastgrowing, evolving setting

Desirable

- Experience working with a UKheadquartered or international organisation
- Exposure to multinational or scaling businesses
- Familiarity with Indian HR compliance and employment practices
- Experience supporting both HR generalist and talent acquisition functions
