Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counselor cum Franchise Development Executive to drive student admissions and expand our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and guide them on courses and career opportunities.
- Handle admission inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Generate and follow up on franchise leads.
- Present the institute's franchise business model to potential partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective franchisees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and business partners.
- Achieve monthly admission and franchise development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and franchise prospects.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
