Role & responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly O&M; activities to ensure efficient Plan, schedule, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly activities to ensure seamless operations of the solar power plant.

2. Monitor the plants performance on a day-to-day basis and take necessary actions to optimize output.

3. Identify operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and oversee their implementation.

4. Schedule and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per standard protocols.

5. Prepare and submit timely and accurate field operation reports, status updates, and constructive feedback as required.

6. Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and ensure quick resolution of issues to minimize downtime.

Ensure all O&M; activities comply with project site requirements, OEM warranties, and industry best practices.

8. Record and report all faults, deficiencies, unusual occurrences, and document time and materials used on work orders.

9. Responsible for all necessary repairs, maintenance, and tracking of warranty claims with manufacturers or vendors.

10. Maintain thorough knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

11. Apply robust understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques effectively.
