We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and relationship-oriented individual to join the Partnerships team at India Art Fair. This is a client-facing role that involves working closely with leading brands across luxury, design, finance, hospitality and culture to deliver thoughtful, long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Conduct research on prospective partners and support business development efforts.
- Support the development of partnership proposals, presentations, agreements and post-event reports.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned partners, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through to project delivery.
- Track contracts, invoicing, deliverables and timelines to ensure successful partnership fulfilment.
- Coordinate the delivery of partnership deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support partner activations, hospitality and VIP engagement during India Art Fair and year-round programming.




- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, PR, sponsorship, business development or client servicing.
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills, with proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Experience in partnerships, account management, PR, sponsorship, business development or client servicing.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Note: It includes a 14-day probationary period.
