1) Review and update Supply Chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
2) Knowledge of SAP
3) Manage warehouse operations to ensure products are available and delivered to customers on time.
4) Knowledge of preparation of GST invoice, E-way bills and coordinate with transporters for dispatch.
5) Tracking of shipments.
6) MIS Reporting weekly & monthly as per management requirement.
7) Handle material dispatch and transportation activities.
8) Coordinate with the Sourcing, Production, and Quality teams to monitor material availability and production schedules.
9) Follow up with customers for pending payments.
10) Knowledge of Import, Export, Custom Clearance.
11) Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, and transporters.
12) Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and valuable quality.
13) Work with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
14) Assist in selecting and evaluating suppliers.
15) Support supply chain activities that promote environmentally friendly practices.
16) Monitor inventory levels and help improve inventory turnover.
17) Manage purchasing, inventory,
warehousing, and material planning activities.
18) Coordinate regarding Order execution processes with Sales, Finance, Production, Factory.
19) Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
20) Handle urgent (SOS) requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
21) Communicate and coordinate regularly with principals and key business partners.

Qualification & Other Pre-Requisites
- MBA/ PGDBM in Supply Chain Management/ Operations/ International Business
- In depth knowledge of LC Transaction
- In depth knowledge of import & export supplies
- Billing, booking, order processing in SAP B1
- Good English communication
- Extremely positive and Problem-Solving Attitude
- Appetite to Learn
- A very high level of intelligence
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Work Experience: 5-6 years
