Responsible for end-to-end procurement for HVAC/MEP projects including sourcing HVAC materials, vendor management, purchase orders, and timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Chillers, Ventilation Fans, Ducting, Insulation, Copper Pipes & Fittings, Refrigerant Gas, Diffusers, Dampers and HVAC accessories.
- Float RFQs and compare quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and Stores.
- Develop alternate vendors.
- Verify invoices, challans and GRNs.
- Maintain procurement MIS.
Required Skills:
- HVAC/MEP procurement knowledge.
- BOQ and technical specification understanding.
- Vendor management and negotiation.
- MS Excel and ERP.
Qualification:
Post Graduate(MBA)/Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any Graduate with relevant HVAC procurement experience.
