About the Role

RAA is assisting one of its clients in recruiting.

The company is a UK-based, premium cricket protection brand with growing international distribution across the UK, Australia, and India. The India joint venture is a profitable, fast-growing business supplying protective equipment across the domestic market and is now entering the next phase of scale.

This is a critical, hands-on role combining financial control, commercial operations, and sales administration within a dynamic joint venture environment.

You will work directly with JV leadership in both India and the UK, taking ownership of day-to-day financial and operational processes while helping build the infrastructure for the next stage of growth.

Key Details

- Location: Delhi NCR (Nehru Place office plus Gurgaon office,= and Bhiwadi JV Location, and surrounding areas)
- Reporting To: Joint Venture Directors based in India and the UK
- Function: Finance / Accounts / Commercial Operations
- Experience: 4 to 8 years
- Employment Type: Full time | Immediate to 30-day joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Control & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly P&L; and cashflow statements
- Track working capital, receivables, and payment cycles
- Reconcile sales vs cash received, and inventory vs production vs dispatch
- Identify discrepancies, margin leakage, and financial risks proactively
- Deliver structured weekly and monthly reporting to JV leadership in India and the UK

2. Order Processing & Sales Administration

- Process incoming orders accurately and raise invoices with correct documentation
- Coordinate order flow from receipt through to dispatch
- Maintain up-to-date sales records by customer, SKU, and region
- Own these processes end-to-end in the early phase; transition to oversight as the team grows

3. Retailer & Customer Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers on order status, delivery, and payments
- Drive cash collection and actively manage receivables
- Maintain a professional,



responsive interface with customers and distribution partners

4. Commercial Performance Tracking

- Monitor and report on customer performance, regional sales trends, and sales activity
- Work alongside the sales team to improve reporting consistency and discipline
- Support introduction of structured CRM and B2B sales tracking tools

5. JV Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with JV leadership across India and the UK
- Build reliable reporting structures to improve operational and financial visibility
- Develop a strong working relationship with Aerostar, the main supplier
- Identify and escalate operational, financial, or commercial issues proactively

6. Systems & Process Development

- Build and maintain reporting tools in Excel / Google Sheets initially
- Develop scalable processes across order management, sales reporting, and inventory tracking
- Support development and maintenance of a business CRM and B2B sales platform

Candidate Profile

Essential

- 48 years of experience in finance, accounting, or commercial operations
- Strong Excel and data handling skills — reconciliations, dashboards, reporting
- Fluent English — written and verbal (required for UK stakeholder reporting)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
- Proactive, able to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a hands-on, evolving, entrepreneurial environment
- Willing to own both execution and process improvement simultaneously

Preferred

- Prior exposure to sales operations, commercial finance, or order management
- Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes
- Experience working with or reporting to international (UK / overseas) stakeholders
