Data Science/Natural Language Processing Expert

You will be part of a team that is responsible for StraViso internal engineering infrastructure and services. This
work will span private and public cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, applications, and platforms. The team
is responsible for planning, designing and implementing end-to-end, self-service solutions and coordinating with
internal teams and outside vendors. You will engage in large projects, work through analysis, design and
implementation to deliver viable cloud solutions to solve StraViso engineering challenges.

Job Description
Job Title: NLP/Data Scientist Lead
Full time Reporting to: Manager
Primary Function: In this position, you will be responsible for Natural Language Processing Engineer to help us improve our Artificial Intelligence products and create current NLP applications with hands on
NLTK and Spacy will be plus.

Data Science & AI Engineer

This engineer will be part of the Data Science, AI, and Automation team with a primary focus on applying data science methods and artificial intelligence to achieve defined business results. The individual should bring a few years of hands-on experience and a history of solving problems independently.

They are expected to:

Take initiative and work with minimal direction to address business problems.
Explore multiple approaches, evaluate trade-offs, and select the most effective solution for
implementation.
Apply existing AI algorithms or develop new models as appropriate.
Stay open to experimentation and trying new methods to achieve the business outcome.
Define success criteria clearly and execute persistently until results are realized.

Must have

- Python programming
- Deployment of the data science services at a large scale. Exploratory data analysis.




- Deep Learning models and its deployments. NLP / NLU or Computer vision.
- Mathematics of Machine Learning Statistics and probability. NoSQL and SQL databases.
- Version control system. CI/CD pipeline.
- Bash Scripting.
- Data Structures and algorithms

Role Requirements & Responsibilities
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Data Science.
- Minimum one year of experience as a team lead of Data Scientists Transforming natural language data into useful features using NLP techniques to feed classification
algorithms.

- Correct use of all Time Sheet reporting, including logging against relevant milestones/tasks and usage of activity
