About the Role

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience during every interaction.
- Follow up with customers whenever necessary to ensure issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

- Basic understanding of computers, internet, and common software applications.
- Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
