Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the Sales function across the South Region. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of positions to support the organization's business expansion. The incumbent will be based at the South Regional Office in Tumkur and will work closely with regional sales leadership to meet manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other assigned South Region locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and field recruitment activities.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.




- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for frontline and mid-level Sales positions.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment timelines.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, interview schedules, and recruitment reports.
- Organize and participate in walk-in drives, campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment consultants, colleges, and other sourcing partners.
- Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and joining of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and maintain complete hiring documentation.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
