Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, and managing factory teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and utilization of resources
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement quality control processes
- Manage factory workforce including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for raw material availability
- Oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and reduce wastage
- Implement process improvements and best practices in manufacturing
- Maintain production reports, MIS,



and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, QA, Logistics, Sales) for seamless operations.

Experience- 8-10years

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Operations / Industrial Management
- MBA (Operations) preferred
