Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an accomplished TEST LEAD to lead and manage a team of testers, encompassing manual, automation,
and performance testing.
- Lead the end-to-end test lifecycle tool selection, scripting, execution, maintenance, and reporting.
- Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to SDLC/Agile practices.
- Work with stakeholders to define quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Tosca, Katalon, Test Complete, etc. Hands-on experience with couple of Automation tools is a MUST.
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of REST API testing, performance tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter), and accessibility testing tools.
- Experience/Knowledge on GenAI tools in testing
