We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Purchase Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities within the construction sector. The role demands robust expertise in vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely material availability for project execution

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete procurement cycle (PR to PO)
2. Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations
3. Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites
4. Oversee cost control and contract management
5. Manage logistics and delivery coordination
6. Plan materials and coordinate with site teams
7. Handle vendor contracts and sourcing activities
8. Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Requirements

1. 10 to 18 years of experience in construction procurement
2. Strong expertise in vendor management and negotiations
3. Good knowledge of construction materials and market rates
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
