MAC Engineer – Job Responsibilities

Handle Movement, and Changes (MAC) requests for IT assets and users.

Install, configure, and relocate laptops, monitors, and peripherals.

Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and software installations.

Manage LAN connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.

Configure printers and other end-user devices.

Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation.

Coordinate with facility teams during office relocations and seating changes.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and change management procedures.

Provide end-user support for hardware and software-related issues.

Skills Required

Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365

Active Directory (User Management)

Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Hardware troubleshooting

IT Asset Management

Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)

Excellent communication and customer service skills
