Job Description: Application Development Centre (ADC):

Role Purpose:

To drive product development, customer application validation, and technical service activities by effectively translating customer requirements into practical solutions, ensuring timely execution of NPD projects, successful trial-to-approval conversion, and supporting business growth through innovation, process efficiency, and strong customer engagement within the ADC function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer requirements clearly and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Support current product and packaging inclusion activities as per defined processes.
- Support sales team and customers with appropriate product selection and application solutions.
- Conduct internal validation by accurately replicating customer application conditions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D;, Production, QA and others) for smooth project progress.
- Provide timely and effective responses to queries from sales teams and internal stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends,



customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Follow established SOPs and internal processes across all assigned activities.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Actively participate in internal technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure completion with quality and reliability.

Works closely with: Sales, R&D;, Production, Quality and other cross-functional teams.

Key Competencies:

- Should be based in Chennai and able to speak Hindi (Mandatory).
- Willing to travel across India for on-site customer engagement and application witnessing. Excellent technical communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
- Candidates should possess a valid driving license. Candidates with experience in Mechanical, Automobile, or Industrial domains: particularly in NPD, Application Development, Production, or R&D; will be considered.
