Role & responsibilities

Product Delivery & Team Leadership

- Own end-to-end delivery of product features and releases from requirements through design, build, test, and deployment

- Lead a small development team: sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews, and technical mentorship

- Translate business and product requirements from leadership into clear technical plans and delivery timelines

- Identify and manage delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies to keep releases predictable

- Partner with QA/UAT teams to ensure release quality and readiness

Hands-On Engineering

- Architect and build scalable, multi-tenant SaaS modules using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC

- Design and implement AI-powered product capabilities, including:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for intelligent candidate-job matching and semantic search

- LLM integrations (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Azure OpenAI) for features like resume summarization, JD generation, and AI assistants

- OCR-based document parsing for resumes, IDs, and other unstructured documents

- Support the GOrecruitAI USA product track e.g. work authorization tracking, I-9/E-Verify workflows, and job board integrations (TechFetch, Dice)

- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

- Own database design and performance (SQL Server)





- Champion code quality, test coverage, security, and CI/CD practices across the team

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC

- Proven track record building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS applications

- Practical experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production products

- Experience implementing RAG architectures (embeddings, vector search, semantic retrieval)

- Experience with OCR tools/services (e.g. Azure AI Document Intelligence, Tesseract, AWS Textract)

- Strong SQL Server / relational database design skills

- Solid grasp of RESTful API design and service-oriented/microservices architecture

- Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum delivery

- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing developers

- Strong ownership mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred candidate profile

Nice to Have

- Experience in HR-tech, ATS, or staffing/recruitment platforms

- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector, Weaviate)

- Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML tooling

- Exposure to US staffing concepts (W2/C2C classifications, EEO, I-9/E-Verify)
