Job Profile
Co-ordinate with back office & the concerned person to facilitate the survey
Conduct survey by physically visiting the loss location
Capture high-quality photographs & videos of the damaged items at the survey / loss location
Detail the survey findings in the Joint Inspection Report/Data Sheet, obtain the representative's signature and stamp at the survey/loss location, & send an e-copy to the back office and a physical copy via courier / speed post.
Cross-check the details provided by the back office & the survey findings
