• Construct high-quality durability CAE assembly models for chassis and suspension systems, including the accurate definition of constraints and load cases
- Perform comprehensive stiffness, strength, and durability analyses to ensure component integrity and performance
- Apply advanced durability CAE methodologies to support the development and optimization of suspension subsystems and components
- Partner with Chassis systems and component departments to provide analytical support for product development and engineering problem-solving
- Work closely with D&R; engineers to enhance model predictability, correlation, and validation efforts
- Execute model-to-test correlations to verify subsystem functionality and ensure simulation accuracy
- Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and durability software, specifically Abaqus, nCode
- Extensive experience with pre-processing and meshing tools such as HyperWorks / ANSA, complemented by exposure to CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE platform
