Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and labour.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and submit daily reports.
- Measure quantities and verify BOQ items.
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
- Maintain labour attendance and site records.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues.
- Prepare material requisitions and progress reports.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement, and site execution.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
